The monthly credit bills that are slowly filling up in my cabinet seem to tell me to find ways to get rid of them. So, that is why I called the HSBC customer hotline and requested an online security device that will enable me to access my credit card account statements online.
I made the call last week and the device was delivered the other day. The customer service representative told me that the device will be delivered within 3 weeks and it came earlier than expected. It contains a serial number and random security number combinations that is used randomly every time you’ll access your online account. I am glad that I can already get rid of those bulky billing mails that are delivered every month in our house and I also get rid of the inquiring looks from my parents why I still have those bloody credit bills. Hehehe!
